• Working drawings and specifications.
• Building Regulation submissions and liaison with local Fire Officer

Cost analysis:

• Preparation of budgets for cost control
• Check contractors prices are valid

Project management:

• Assess competency of contractors.
• Preparation of programmes, including identification of critical path items.
• Manage project and refurbishment works
• Move management
• Site supervision, including 1st aid and fire marshal.

Health & Safety, and the DDA.

• Workplace audits for existing offices
• Fulfill the role of CDM Co-ordinator and Principal Contractor
• Preparation of Pre-Tender and Construction Phase Health & Safety plans
• Preparation of completion manuals
• Surveys and preparation of Access Audits for existing buildings
• Preparation of Access Statements for proposed works.
